As part of our standard training procedures, At Home Care caregivers are trained on ways to reduce the risk of illness. During this time, our caregivers are also required to perform proper hand washing before even clocking in at client homes. We perform random temperature checks on all caregivers and employees, and there is no incentive provided to caregivers to work if they are not feeling well. Masks are worn as prescribed by the conditions.
