Because many animals we eat store collagen in their bones the gelatin made from their bones is packed with nutrients we can benefit from. Here’s an easy recipe for this classic dessert we all know and love. JELLO!

- 1 small box Jello (your preferred flavor)*
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced or diced fruit
- Whipped Topping or Whipped Cream (optional)
- Spray a 7×11-inch dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Whisk jello and boiling water until jello dissolves. Stir in fruit. (It’s best to use fruit without too much juice, so avoid juicy berries, peaches, bananas, or pineapple.)
- Pour mixture into dish.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and dollop with your favorite whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
